You told me to delete and reinstall app, you didn't say I would lose all my lives and boosters too!

Your solution for me not being able to connect to Facebook stated to delete app and reinstall. You didn't say the consequences of this were I would lose all boosters and lives. I didn't have too many boosters, about 25 in all, but I had 143 lives saved. I don't think it's fair to say the solution without the results. It turned out that wasn't the problem anyway. So I lost it all for nothing. Is there a way to retrieve them? (on my Samsung Galaxy S5). This also happened when I bought a new Ipad. Ugh.

Hi Cathy- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.

For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.Let's make things right again so that you can all enjoy your sweet adventures! I will send you a private message so that I can check your account, please click on the envelope icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Win Streak Disappeared
