I won the 1,400 rabbits and you will give me 1st of Feb. Till ysterday i saw there was a comment "Your gold bar is delaying" But the comment was disappeared even. I took lots of time and money for this and finally won. But where is my gold bar?

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
I live on the West Coast of Canada and no doubt will be one of the last few to receive my bars as it is only 9:10 p.m. here January 31st. In lots of other places it's past midnight of course and I'm sure the gold bars will be distributed at some point today. I'm not sure how our winnings will be given to us but most likely we'll receive them in-game. Sometimes it helps to close your game and then go back in.

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
