Hey there, girl,
I'm afraid this functionality has been suspended. The in-game setting was removed without notice and milestone banners are no longer being awarded.

I had the same problem I had the milestone badge of 6000 and was already in level 8000. Today I was able to solve it and want to share it with you.
- 1. go to settings and click on features and turn off your milestone badge.
- 2. Replay the level you want your badge for. level 1000, 2000 ...
- 3. If you complete the level, you will automatically receive your badge.
- Weird but that's how it works. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your findings but you wouldn't have been able to do step 1. until 2 days ago because that feature was removed from the settings. They finally fixed this system, that's why simply replaying last milestone level should suffice.

Why the banner only appears on a specific device and not a global feature. Does it mean that when you reinstall the app, the banner will disappear.
It seems that your friends will not see the updated banner on your avatar.

It's a bit disappointing to find that I have played up to and including level 5000 and I can't get the 5000 badge on my avatar because of some glitch, which was not my fault ... I am assuming it was a glitch because there is no 5000 badge on my avatar!! Not happy King!!
Until you do something which allows us to easily send lives to people, we have to depend on their badge number to know how far back to scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll and on it goes. Many won't bother going back to 4000 which is what my badge shows!!
Really not impressed!!

This is an old thread. They haven't bothered updating the title or dropped a final reply before closing it to inform players that the milestone banners have been fixed.
You gotta replay the last milestone level for your banner to get updated. So, just complete level 5ooo again. If necessary, turn off and back on the "milestone badge" setting under "features" in your game account settings.
As for sending lives - there's no need to scroll back whatsoever. Just click on your avatar (to open your profile/inventory), then go to Friends tab, tap on a friend and send them a life. Close the menu and repeat (profile - friends - choose name - send life - close menu), as lives can only be sent 1 at a time.
