Picture frame Levels don't match between devices

I just passed level 7000 and received a congrats from King (thanks). When I'm logged into my Facebook account on my desktop computer my picture frame does indicate Level 7000 and I'm playing at Level 7000.

However, when I play on my iPad or phone the picture frame still shows Level 6000 (both are connected via Facebook). *Note, I am playing the game on these devices at Level 7000.

I've logged off/on to Facebook on both these devices thinking it may change, but so far it has not updated the picture frame. Not sure why?

Also - are you going to update the picture frames - I seem to have had this same silver/bluish frame with a brown blob on the top for a long time. It would be nice to see some new picture frames. My friend is at a much higher level and their frame also is the same as mine.

And since I'm here - not sure why sometimes when I play on my iPad/phone my Facebook profile picture changes to a meme?

Congratulations on reaching level 7ooo! 🥳

They fixed the milestone banner system last month. I've noticed that the banner needs to be manually refreshed on every device. To do that, you gotta simply repeat the last milestone level everywhere it's not up-to-date yet. So, just replay level 7ooo on your tablet and phone. 👌

Regarding your profile picture - it's a known bug. I'm unaware of a fix as of yet. The only thing you could do that I've personally tried is creating a King account, then setting up a permanent avatar.

Why can’t I see any of my friends photos and names anymore?

I can’t upload a photo to my account (avatar)! When I try to save a photo from my file, no uploads!

FYI, when you create a King account from inside the game app, your progress should be automatically synced between your Facebook created game account and your freshly created King account. Just start the game, make sure you're logged in, then log out, after that choose the top option - to sign up with e-mail.
