How to turn off notifications to my email

I'm getting bombarded with a bunch of emails and I don't like it. I want to turn it off, I want to turn it off now. How do I do so? I tried to follow what the help menu had to offer but it is not coming up like it says it is going to. Do I got to go inside the game and do it?

Hi @VillesBest1. I just did that for my account. Click on your profile picture and go to notification settings. Select which notification you want to receive by email and which ones only by popup. Here you have a screenshot of what it looks like on android.
