Hi Brandt more than a few people have complained about their Episode/Fast Race being over as soon as it has begun. This being the case I would say that the cause of the issue must lie with King.
Have you tried signing out of your game, restarting your device and signing back into your game. Sometimes this can cure simple errors, but if the cause of your issue is King then only they can fix it.
One other thing to consider is that some people have posted about a glitch that is the opposite of yours. That is, some people have said that if they play one level and then exit the game when they start their game again they are moved to the end of the Race.
Hi @Brandt777 sorry to hear that. If reinstalling your app hasn't solved the issue then I am afraid all you can do is contact Player Support to see if they can help you.
From what I understand you will require a lot of patience to deal with Player Support as they send a lot of automatic repsonses. Make sure you keep pestering them
