Connecting to Facebook

Question

Hi, I disconnected CCS from my facebook on advise on an email from King because i kept getting charged twice. When i went to reconnect, it will not let me connect at all. I've deleted both FB and CCS apps several times, from ipad and phone, turned device off and left it, logged in on laptop and there's no option to connect to phone, nothing seems to work, can you help please? Thank you!

After leaving the game frustrated overnight after several resets, I have this morning been able to connect to Facebook, however, I have lost all my boosters (which I paid for) and all the messages with extra lives on, is there any way of getting at least the boosters back considering I paid for them? Thanks!
