Hello, I just won 1 chamoian races at 19:00 and m45 gold cubes was not added to my account. I closed and re-opened the game many times but it is not updating. Could you please help me? thank you

I was first place and supposed to get 30 gold bars this time, I received nothing

Missing gold bars:
45 from an episode race
25 from another challenge

Did not receive 35 gold reward after winning my race from lvl 2481-2495. Started a new race at 2496, reset the game and still didnβt receive the reward. Please apply to my account.

I never got the 25 gold bars for passing 25 levels or gold bars for winning the race , Can you help please

Hi .. just finished level 6665.. and did not get any good bars.. Here is my response to your questions:
- when did you start having this issue? --> Have noticed it a couple of weeks ago.. and noticing it today.
- which game app version do you have installed? --> 1.247.0.2
- do you happen to get any error message when trying to collect your reward? --> No.. as soon as i complete the level, it takes me to next level and my progress is not even displayed.. the race is ready to restart.
- did you happen to receive the rewards afterwords? --> No. Please find a way to give our rewards.. have stayed up to fight against other players to win the race!!! Urgh!!
