Finshed first no gold bars it started today ON MARCH 1 is was fine when I went to bed.NO error message I play on a Mac not sure the version..

1) The issue just started happening around noon today. I was just about to win the race, when the race deleted, so I was unable to receive the 45 GB. At that time, I started another race that I am currently in, but it started a new race for 45 GB as if I won the previous race.
2) Candy Crush Saga - Spring Season
3) No error message, just disappeared like I hadn't crossed the finish line.
4) No rewards yet.

level 11195 I completed said that I won 45 gold bars did not receive them. I am currently using version 1.246.01. This was my 8th consecutive episode race win. Can you please verify if I received my bars on the previous win as well?
also. I was in a street. Which then ended and caused me to lose other rewards. Not a happy player right now!

1 Today I am not able to receive gold bars after winning episode race.
2 I am using latest game app version.
3 No error message received, only showing complete level 8466 to start the race.
4 Not received e the rewards afterwords

Presently at 9846 level. I was going first but episode race stopped working 6 hours back and didn't receive any gold bar after finishing level 9845 .
Please help
