    Could you share an example and also which levels you’re having this issue on?

    This way we can pass this on to the studio for further investigation.

    I'm using Windows 10 on my laptop. Like I say, previously opening and closing would fix this, but not anymore. Depending on the level it makes the game impossible to play :(

    I'm having the same problem too. Playing on my laptop with Windows 11. Game User ID 11141209161. Restarting the laptop didn't help either.

    I have been having the same problem. I have lost 5 lives and my 10 minutes of candy box rewards. This is becoming very frustrating. They have made the game hard enough and you can't win things like before, and now I am losing what little I get without giving them my money. UGH.

    I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled, no luck.

    Closing and reopening the game, logging out and shutting down my laptop (Windows 10), and restarting, still doesn't work.

    My game user ID is 11292681316.

    I have been having the same problem many are having. The game graphics don't load clearly, orange candy is only revealing half the graphic, and there is what looks like a clouded plastic over other candy or bombs (can't tell).It is impossible to play!

    I have also lost all my lives. I had 200 and now I have less than 20.
