Now and again over the past couple of weeks I will open a board on my laptop and the candies look wrong. Thick layers of frosting show up as chocolate (but don't behave like chocolate), orange candies are cut in half, bombs look like they are under a layer of plastic. This makes the level hard to impossible to play because nothing looks like it should. Usually closing CCS and re-opening will take care of this problem, but not today. I've checked boards I've cleared before and it's the same problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Could you let us know if you're playing through the W10 app on your PC or on Facebook? How often does this happen and does closing the game and opening it again always solve the issue?
Does this stop you from playing sometimes?
Also, may we have your Game ID so we can pass this along to the studio and investigate?

I ran an update this morning, played a couple rounds just fine. Now several hours later the game graphics are all jumbled to the point I can't make them out to even play.
I have restarted my game, logged out and back in and still it doesn't load correctly.
I have lost 4 lives due to this issue.
Any suggestions?
Welcome to our community @dlp4414! Are you playing the game on a mobile device? There are a few steps that you can try. First clear out the cache/history on your device. Make sure that you have the most recent version of the game, which you wrote that you did, but also make sure that you have the most recent update of your operating system. Log out of the game and turn your device off for a few seconds. Sometimes shutting down the device helps. Then go back into the game and log in and let us know if this solved your problem.
Elsa, I am playing on a laptop, running windows 10. I have cleared my cache. I updated the game this morning. My OS is up to date. I have logged out, twice, shut down the computer for 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, none of this has worked. Like I said before, I played the game this morning after updating and it was fine.
Now the image is so bad I can't tell what some of the items are. I am on level 3379, and the candy cane bars are scattered throughout the game board.
I am losing lives by having this mess, please help.

I am having an issue when playing on my laptop that the game is not displaying correctly, all the candies have the wrong picture, for example striped candies show as an ice block etc, this makes the game impossible to play as you can't see matches. Anybody know how to clear this problem?
