The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
Just to let you I did reply to the first I had which referred me back to the community. I even sent a screenshot of the proplem I had with my user ID. I had exactly the same email back the 2nd time referring me.back to the community. So what is the point of sending ne back to the community when they cannot resolve the problem nor hand out the missing rewards of which I new anyway. So perhaps you can tell me how do I have them to fix the probkem of the chocolate box not adding the rewards to my game. In fact I had exactly the same email back 6 times from thrm so I am none the wiser. Let me know how to fix the probkem please. Thanks
Hello @mel21 even though this area is called Support you don't get any official support. This is because this community, with the exception of the Community Managers, only consists of people that are players of Candy Crush. No one here can add any missing rewards to your game as we are all just ordinary members of the public.
They only send you back to the community.
As Doondie has already explained to you once you have received the initial email from Player Support (the one that directs you to this community) you have to reply to that email stating your problem again.

If you're having issues with a specific ad, have you tried disabling this particular ad? š¤
This could lower the amount of ads you're getting though, so it's better if the issue gets fixed instead. This said, you should write to Support about it.

Thanks for your reply I dont have any ads so I dont lose any lives. Same as you I dont get the rewards when you complete the chocolate box. I have first complained on this issue 4 days ago but I have fallen on deaf years really. I have contacted the support team several times but with them you talk to a brick wall. Today I have had 6 emails from them all the same just to go back to the community.and the community cannot solve the problem which is a problem on chocllate box. I have hit a brick wall on this. Dont know what to do next. Really we are both in thr same situation.
There is a glitch with a new ad I get that once the ad is over I cannot resume the game. I can click on the ad to visit the site but I can't close the ad, I have to close the game every time. This often happens when I get the ads for extra moves....so I end up not being able to continue the game but still lose a life. I also don't get credit for anything I've earned for the chocolate box. Its not right that I keep losing lives and not being even able to finish the game. Need to get rid of this one ad or fix the glitch.
I have. It is always the same answer with them go ro the community. I replied to their first email and their respinse was to contact the community. I have contacted then in the last the yearrs and always same answer. You might as well talk to a brick wall you get more sense than thw support tean they have. That shows the mentality of King support for you. They dont care they only care for themselves Thanks for replying
You need to reply back to their initial response, further explaining that the Chocolate Box feature didn't award you anything. Attach a screenshot if possible. Then ask them to send you the missing rewards manually. Also ask them what to do to avoid this from happening again.

I did write to support 3 days ago and only you and kiara_wael responded. I had no reply from anybody else. I have come to the conclusion the support they offer is nothing and dont care about anybody only themselves. Dont blame you or kiara_wael at all.
Kiara is not a Support representative. Passing something over could mean exactly nothing. Moderators never get back to you with feedback from the developers team. It's just not their job. Community managers, on the other hand, are those who could step in. They just don't do it as often as they should.
I advised you to write to Support (<- click on this hyperlink) and report the issue. This is just a forum. They won't reach out to you here.
I had a reply from kiara_wael 3 days ago which said she was passing it over to the Game team but have heard nothing since. Surely should not take 3 days to sort something out. Perhaps you can pass it over as it seems they dont take any notice of anybody. Thanks

Reported a problem 2 days sgo that chocolate box does not give you the rewards. This problem has still not been sorted out..Can someone let me know when this will be sorted please. Thanks

I didnt get the rewards after completing a gold quest
When you write to Support, try an include a screenshot of the bugged rewards. Tell them what you didn't receive, so they give it to you manually. It's possible you're experiencing a bug they need to deal with, just like the Episode Race bug they recently acknowledged.
If you get a generic, not very helpful response, just reply back with more details if necessary. Tell them your game ID, so they can check your account specifically.

why is it youāve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! Iāve played the level Iām on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with ācannot connectā. Iāve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
