Treat Machine losing upgrades

I play Candy Crush EVERY DAY! I come on this morning and the Treat Machine tells me I lost upgrades "while I was gone" and dropped me from 30 down to 20. Where was I gone?

Hi everyone and sorry to hear you all have experienced the same issue the Treat Machine 😕
I will pass this along to investigate further and in the meantime, can you please provide me your Game ID so I can get the studio to have. alook?
