I'm not too sure this discussion is appropriate for a complaint about the Ròyalty programme, which is, sadly, coming to an end in just a couple of weeks.
I've been reading reports here, on Reddit and Facebook about the programme not working properly every now and again. Even though King claimed it was going to be accessible until the very end, bugs and downtimes seem to already be taking place. You should probably write to Support and ask for your missing rewards.

Is the issue present when you play on the browser version or the standalone desktop version? Assuming you have a PC/laptop at hand, that is. 🧐
I've tried all of the troubleshooting and can't connect either. Super frustrating!

I am having trouble getting the community rewards to open from the games. They used to work just fine but then just stopped. Also it seems I'm not gaining anymore points for all the levels I'm passing. I really wanted to get to the diamond and i only had a few more to move from the sapphiretier to the emerald tier. But all the levels I've passed the past week it doesn't look like they are giving the points for them. And no more cool badges either. Sorry i can't help but at least you know your not the only one in the community experiencing problems. I also hate that the program is ending i was quite frankly enjoying it and all the helpful chances for more rewards and cool badges.
