Connection Issue

I've had the "We've detected a connection error. Try again later." message for a couple days now. My internet is working fine -- only receive this when playing King games. Any idea what's happened?

    Hi there!

    Our servers looks good and everything should be working as it should. Can you try restarting your device and see if that helps?

    Do you get the same error message if you switch to mobile data and vice versa?

    Also, is there any specific event/feature you get this error message on?

    Hi, Queen Bee. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I've tried rebooting my device (several times) but no luck. I'm using my desktop, so I can't switch to mobile. I don't have the games on my phone. When playing Candy Crush Soda Saga I get the Connection Lost - We Detected a connection issue. Please try again later message. While I can still play the games, I can't tick tiles in the 4 in a row option (still says only 2 per day). I can't bake another cake (no internet connection message). No Social, no Treasure. When playing Candy Crush Saga, it's similar results. I can play the game, but get Server Error! The server could not be contacted...When in the Add more friends option, I get "Oops" message. Option options just sit and spin (as if there's no internet). I'm not sure what else to try.
