No sound not muted opening sound or sound when bubbles pop. IOS 6 deleted phone and reinstalled same problem. ready to delete permanatly. Boring game with out sound. I suppose should use a windows phone works on my windows 10 computer

Hi Brian- Welcome to King Care. I am really sorry that you are having some difficulties with the sound on your device. Please could you check that the ringer/sound button is turned on?

I haven't had sound on it for 2 days either.I also lost sound on my laptop for Candy Crush Saga 2 days ago!
