I play Candy Crush Saga on my PC Windows 10. For the last 2 days there is no sound. Volume is up on computer, checked settings on Candy Crush and they are set for sound but nothing (?)

Huh, today sound worked for about 2 games and then couple hours later no sound again!!
Having the same issue last 2 days. Using a desktop pc Windows 10 Chrome browser. My wife is having the same issue on her computer.
Yeah. Im using Google chrome. Windows 10. The only one I could get it to work is to use the stand alone Facebook Gameroon app on my computer.
Same here but I'm using Windows 7. No sound on Candy Crush, Soda or Jelly. Works fine in Firefox but I want to use Chrome.

I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but I opened a new tab in chrome and started to listen to a show on Sound Cloud.....went back to my candy crush tab and all of a sudden I had sound!!
Not working on my chrome either.
I've had no sound for almost a week now i use google chrome, and window 10. all other games i play have sound. THe games that are run by King are the only ones that are not playing any sound even with the sound switched on. Sort it out please is is not a facebook or a chrome issue it is a king games issue only.
I'm playing Candy Crush Saga (level 1718) on Facebook using Chrome. The audio for Candy Crush Saga went out completely. All other audio for all other apps is fine. I've checked the music and sound settings. Turned them off and on several times, they are currently on, but no sound from CC Saga.
Have cleared cache and restarted several times.

Good news, the issue is NOT a King issue. Its actually a Google chrome issue.
You can find a fix here, if the first doesn't work, try the second. Unfortunately the second could end up being a temporary fix, but its actually chrome's new way of auto muting videos. Apparently we don't like sound. So you have to click on things to allow them. Unfortunately as chrome do, they assume everyone keeps on top of everything they do. They forget regular users might not be programme developers or game makers. *sighs*

On the highlighted option choose no user gesture is required and restart your browser
Thank you Roxanne, that seems to be the popular choice for most. Unfortunately it might only be temporary, so really it needs people to complain about the auto mute function over on the chrome forums. Its a silly change
