❗️ [Android] I lost my progress and booster in the game! (UPDATED!)
Hello,
We’re sorry, but there seems to be an issue with in Candy Crush Saga on Android platform at the moment, and some players cannot see their latest levels and are back on level 1.
Rest assured our studio team is already hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Update
❗️ Lost Booster and Lives - We are still investigating this issue and working hard to make sure you will get your boosters back!
✔️ Lost Progress - The issue with lost progress has now been solved. If you have been affected you need to go to the Google Play Store and update the game to the latest version.

I've just lost all my progress. I was almost up to level 5000. What can I do, give up? I'm not starting again.

We are aware of the issue, and they are working hard on fixing the issue so all your progress will come back. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and as soon as we know more I will do an update in this thread.

I can't log in in my Android device. I was logged in, but it disappeared my progress. I've tried to log in again but an error occurs. "There was a problem with the connection. Try it later." I have this problem since this morning.

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

When I opened my app today on my android, it took me to the first level with the tutorial.
I guessed something was wrong with my login so I logged out. Tried to login again with Facebook, and Facebook shown an error stating that the app was blocked that the developers should be aware of it(, don't quote me on the exact message).
Tried to re-login a couple of times and I end up with the game still on level 1 but showing something that I guess I should not be able to access. although my account shows as loged in, my profile pic or my progress does not seem to be synced.

Update:
This issue has now been solved. If you have been affected you need to go to the Google Play Store and update the game to the latest version.

I have had my levels restored, I am back on level 8674 however my entire inventory, friends list and gifted lives has been lost and all progress in the special events, including the events themselves, is gone. This is just disappointing, what was the point of spending all that time and money?

I have lost all my lives and boosters. How can I get them back. I updated and now I have lost everything. I had 190 lives and heaps of boosters.

Went to play store, had to uninstall and reinstall to get get back to my saved progress (over 1000). My levels were replaced but what lives and boosters I had are gone. Any suggestions?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Boosters and lives are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
