Please can someone reset my progress on candy crush. I am not logged in via facebook.

Since you already deleted the app when it opens up without Facebook you should be back at level 1. But I do have to let you know that when you don't play through Facebook or the Kingdom your progress won't be saved so any crash or update can bring you back to the beginning again.
Yes I'd like to start again at level 1. I dont want to play through facebook. I'd just like to play simply.
As I say I've now deleted the app so i dont know what level i was on.
Hi D20fuu, there is a lot of glitches going on right now with the games and that is the reason why you haven't received a response yet. So you said that you were going to delete it app? Did you and where you are at now? Because of these glitches we have to hold off a bit on having progress updated. I hope that you understand. In order to save any progress you need to play through Facebook or the Kingdom. Did you want to start at level 1 again? Or can you let us know where you were at and we can try to get a King Admin to help you in a couple of days but you need to play through Facebook or the Kingdom in the future. Please write back and let me know what's going on.
Given that I've had no response or help to try and reset my progress I've been forced to delete the whole app.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
