I had to reinstall the game because it wouldn't allow me to save my progress and I have now lost all my boosters. When I loaded the game it kept saying cannot connect and then took me back to the start of the game even though I am on level 13000 and something. There is also no events available.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

I had to reinstall the game because it stopped connecting me to Facebook so wasn't saving any progress. It came up with debug when I opened up the candy crush app so the issues were with candy crush but I have now lost all my boosters through absolutely no fault of my own. Doesn't really matter now because I am just going to stop playing this game as this was the last straw and I am not going to bother even trying any levels as they are almost impossible without boosters so will be pointless.
Issue has very much not been resolved!
You released a QA version to the Play Store, which is poor. Now it's updated to a proper version, but all my power ups are gone. I had like nearly 100 freckles and all the others. Back to zero. All gone. Will you be restoring them? 10 years I've been building them up
