I had a long run winning streak, getting close to 90-100. When my streak broke, I no longer received the option to watch videos. How do I get them back? I also stopped receiving the option on Candy Crush Soda.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Same thing happened to me at level 6134 after making my first purchase. Very frustrating and disappointing. May now be the end of my playing days on Candy Crush Saga.
Same here no watch videos nothing but brother and sister still gets and it's easy to them to pass any level but i am tired of playing only one difficult level. Why watch videos option is not there for ours
Same here. Who knew that making a purchase would result in losing ads for bonuses and lives. Never again!
I also have this issue... I made a purchase and immediately lost ads for bonuses and lives after that..it has been a couple of weeks and still not come back.. I think I might uninstall Mistplay in retaliation

You keep posting this answer, but judging by how often you have to do this isn't it time someone in charge actually did something about this? Almost a third of discussions here are about complaints of the videos and ads. It's irritating. King would make money from ads, don't they? Why don't you let players have them back?
Me too.. they want you to keep purchasing to get ahead. Not me. Never again

Being punished for making a purchase? ! I made a 1.99 purchase and now no more video's, my game playing is done and I will come back daily just to get my daily reward, but I'm not playing until the video's are back. Shame on you King!
I also lost option of video ads right after I made a .99 purchase.

I also haven’t been able to watch video ads for free reward booster. It acts like it is going to play it then takes to purchase it. Getting pretty frustrated with th glitches lately.
After years if playing i lost videos also after my first in game purchase. I used to enjoy the extra chances that are needed for many levels. Now I’m losing enjoyment of the game without the video features. Ironic someone thinks i will buy again after this.
Oh my gosh, people, I really hate responding to these posts because it's been complained about time and time again, and also responded to time and time again!
One more time, once you make a purchase with real $, you lose your ability to watch ads. Even if you only spend 99¢. We here in the Community have said this so many times. It's been proven! You buy anything with real money, you lose the ability to watch adverts. Maybe they'll come back in a few months.

I didn't get any videos till now..I have been complaining since I cameto know bout them...I don't buy but my frnds send gold...but now she wonti don't hv boosters no lives...we r not getting winning streak...I passed 3 streaksin 3 days but didn't getgold...plzzzz give videos to all players when king makes money with it... why restrict...I will never tell my frnd tobuy for me...but I want videos
Why am I stuck? And I did not buy anytbing with real money but still lost the option to watch videos it might return now and then...... And again WHY AM I STUCK!!!!!
I'm a member of the payed a couple bucks and got punished for it club too. The game is crap now. Used to play it all day, now I might play every other day and its fading further from my everyday activities. Stuck on levels for a week+ at a time when I was clearing hundreds of levels a week before. Good job King, you morons.

I'm always happy to approve friend requests, but now I'm getting an inordinate amount of friends who only ask for lives, never give any. If I don't approve or send them lives, they just sit there forever. Is there any way to delete these people after a certain amount of time?
