Hi @Linda_Henninger _ when you mention it saying Level 2 - do you mean this "Posts: 7 Level 2"? If you do - that level has nothing to do with the level you are on in the game. It refers to your level in the community. You can find out more about the community and the various levels HERE.

Hello @Linda_Henninger unfortunately the issue has supposedly been fixed as you can in the thread linked below.

For reason unknown they have only said they have fixed it for Windows 10 users even though users of other platforms complained about the issue as well
I think the thread linked above would indicate that King considers the issue closed so no progress is likely to be made with your issue.
Our CMs @Novapichu and @QueenB might no more but I don't think they work on the weekend.
OK it's been some time and my game is still unplayable on my laptop. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. One time it came out okay until I shut my laptop down and the next time I opened it the game was bad again. Is there any progress on this!?!
Hello @Linda_Henninger the issue of the misaligned candies that is shown in your screenshot is an issue that has been going on for quite some time now. The issue has been reported many times, but I am not sure if King are doing anything about the issue.
@Novapichu @QueenB can one of you please advise as to whether or not this long running issue is being investigated.
I'm on an ASUS chromebook, and it's doing it to me too. nothing fixes it
I did that and it came out the same. I'm playing on google chrome on my laptop which is a HP Chrome book.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
