So I was watching an ad and the screen went black and exited out mid ad and I ultimately lost my streak of almost 300. I feel as if thatβs not fair to any of us. Is there not anything that can be done about this issue. Itβs not the first time this has happens to me

Do you know what ad it is that causing this? Could you please take a screenshot of the ad, so I can forward it to the studio, so they can take a closer look, because this should not happen and I'm really sorry for the incontinence it's causing you!

Ads causing black screens is nothing new. As you can see, they aren't interested in fixing the issue or offering to restore your streak. They just want to know what ad to disable instead.
There is a trick that could help in situations like this to keep your streak but you should change your attitude towards your win streak instead. 5 is as good as 500.
Meanwhile, you should report to Support and ask them to compensate you for your lost streak. Last time I checked, they were asking players for - better sit down now! - 79 gold bars to keep full boosters (5-level streak), so it's only fair that they compensated you with that many gold bars.

Whoa, 79 goldbars for winstreak! It's only 39 for me, and my full streak has 2 color bombs.
