I downloaded my game off MICROSOFT STORE for free to play on laptop. I am not playing on a phone or facebook
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I have cleared cache from both chrome and firefox. Nothing makes a difference. On King community I have a different password than wen I log into the game. Would that make a difference? Is this something to do with Microsoft?

King Community diffrent with King account game. If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

game id number is 11246451578. I dont iunderstand you telling me king community is different from game. Can I get help with my problem here. I see hundreds of other people posting the same. Where do I contact support? On the game takes me to king on the internet. I am playing from the microsoft downloaded app.
