Cherry kept not coming, forcing me to restart & losing candy royale

Thanks but I did use 4 or 5 lollipop hammers on it. The problem is exactly as @Stichting_NoFap explained. Doesn't matter what boosters you use or how many moves you have they will not drop.

I know there's nothing that can or will be done about it. I'm only commenting about the issue and giving an example with the screen shots.

I'd rather have them figure out what the problem is with the episode race. Contacted support and they said maybe from changing time/date. That doesn't explain why one of my accounts has a problem and the other doesn't. Meanwhile over 26 episode races without 1 GB for last place, since everyone has already crossed the finish line when I start.

You still don't understand NO MATTER how many times you keep removing anything on the board, they won't appear unless you restart. That's the point.

I know its to late now but looking at your board I would of used Lollipops instead of moves to unlock the cherry

I use Lollipops all the time to release anything that is blocked as I find extra moves rarely help in these instances 💓

@PrettyBubbles this happened to me April 4 on level 13330. I had at least 6 moves left, used those, watched ads for 3 moves and a UFO and still didn't drop. I wanted to keep my win streak and only 15 people left in CR so I paid 16 GB for 5 moves and it never dropped! There's 3 moves to make right under the cherry dispenser and it didn't drop.

At least 14 moves and it didn't drop. My win streak is gone, 16 GB gone and whatever I could have won in CR gone.

I hope the change to dragons takes care of it.🤞

Hi @christinewupp Yes I understand this is the trouble with all games if it is a blip that clears itself its difficult for our studio to duplicate it and make a fix.

If it remains say on one specific level and players can't progress they can see the full impact and tweak the said level

I do understand that doesn't help when you loose a position due to having to re play the level 💓

@PrettyBubbles It is inherently difficult to get a screenshot of there being no cherry when there should be one. Firstly you don't know this problem will occur until it is too late, secondly a screen without a cherry is just a screen without at cherry. Thirdly, they know about this already because it has been an ongoing glitch that comes and goes for a long time and has been complained about by many players on many different levels. Once you replay the level a second time it usually fixes itself, but sadly for the players who wasted gold bars to stay in their win streak or Candy Royale streak it is tough and aggravating.

It is a glitch but it's rare.

I can only assume something in the code, maybe a variable that probably counts and tracks when to drop a cherry is becoming a value that breaks it from ever spawning one since the game would then find certain conditions not met. (Poissible overflow/underflow?)

I know I had it happen to me on a level where I had 11 moves left, 1 cherry to go, and the cannon never spawned it in those 11 moves, even though nothing blocked the cannon, and I kept matching candies under it. There were no other cherries on the game board either.

The game is pretty old at this point, so it makes me think the code has most likely become an absolute mess and probably needs an overhaul or a good clean up.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I always record my games to upload them to youtube. Next time it happens I'll clip that part and post it here. And I'll make enough moves to prove that the cherry really isn't coming any time.

Yeah, I had that EXACT same thing happen to me, where I was about to win Candy Royale (and add about 60 gold bars), so I was willing to spend gold bars to get the win, but the cherry never came. They did eventually give me 20 gold bars when I wrote to complain about the glitch, but they wanted screenshots, the issue, of course, a screenshot of WHAT? A cherry not appearing? I didn't think I'd need that, but I guess I'll include it the next time (but, again, what would me showing them a screenshot of a board without a cherry on it PROVE? It's pretty much a case of them having to take me by my word or not). So, yeah, very frustrating, as it was about a 100 or so Gold Bar swing for me.

You don't understand, I know how to make them appear, they fall under certain columns that are marked with a cherry. And during those instances I have been playing the level forever, adding more and more moves to remove candy under that column, and they still didn't appear. But restarting the level made them come after a few moves.

Hi @Stichting_NoFap no its not an issue it depends on the moves you make to enable orders to appear its similar on most Level types for instance with the chocolate and liquorice's if you don't make the right moves to create them you can not collect enough to clear the level 💓

Do you mean clearing obstacles too quick suck as jelly, or just everything? I noticed the same when you have to collect a certain amount of chocolate or licorice, they multiply themselves when your move doesn't destroy them, so when they're all destroyed before the goal is reached you have to restart.

I have also had this happen to me. But recently I have noticed that if I clear the board two quick, ie knock out the item that are dropping items onto the board, then they will not drop anymore of the items that you need. I don’t know about your level but I have noticed it in mine once I started watching the levels closely. Best of luck

Hi @Stichting_NoFap Yes sometimes they are trapped or your moves have not been able to get them to drop on to your board

Yes its frustrating when you have to restart and loose position but one thing I have learnt is that if an orders is not yet on the board or is trapped behind a blocker it is always best to restart and use gold and boosters wisely once you know you are within a chance of clearing your orders 💓

This is a common complaint, of cherries not dropping. I am starting to wonder if they put this glitch in on purpose. As you say, you felt you were forced to buy extra moves and spend money hoping to keep your place in Candy Royale. As long as these glitches make them money, what is the incentive to remove them? You are not the first who has fallen for this.
