@PrettyBubbles It is inherently difficult to get a screenshot of there being no cherry when there should be one. Firstly you don't know this problem will occur until it is too late, secondly a screen without a cherry is just a screen without at cherry. Thirdly, they know about this already because it has been an ongoing glitch that comes and goes for a long time and has been complained about by many players on many different levels. Once you replay the level a second time it usually fixes itself, but sadly for the players who wasted gold bars to stay in their win streak or Candy Royale streak it is tough and aggravating.
Hi @christinewupp Yes I understand this is the trouble with all games if it is a blip that clears itself its difficult for our studio to duplicate it and make a fix.
If it remains say on one specific level and players can't progress they can see the full impact and tweak the said level
I do understand that doesn't help when you loose a position due to having to re play the level ๐
@PrettyBubbles this happened to me April 4 on level 13330. I had at least 6 moves left, used those, watched ads for 3 moves and a UFO and still didn't drop. I wanted to keep my win streak and only 15 people left in CR so I paid 16 GB for 5 moves and it never dropped! There's 3 moves to make right under the cherry dispenser and it didn't drop.
At least 14 moves and it didn't drop. My win streak is gone, 16 GB gone and whatever I could have won in CR gone.
I hope the change to dragons takes care of it.๐ค

I know its to late now but looking at your board I would of used Lollipops instead of moves to unlock the cherry
I use Lollipops all the time to release anything that is blocked as I find extra moves rarely help in these instances ๐
Thanks but I did use 4 or 5 lollipop hammers on it. The problem is exactly as @Stichting_NoFap explained. Doesn't matter what boosters you use or how many moves you have they will not drop.
I know there's nothing that can or will be done about it. I'm only commenting about the issue and giving an example with the screen shots.
I'd rather have them figure out what the problem is with the episode race. Contacted support and they said maybe from changing time/date. That doesn't explain why one of my accounts has a problem and the other doesn't. Meanwhile over 26 episode races without 1 GB for last place, since everyone has already crossed the finish line when I start.
