⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING, KING!!? I came here to figure out why my game was glitching and stuck in portrait mode only to find out you believe this is an upgrade. Your “upgrade” makes your game unplayable for me (level 12,160) and many many others. There are pages and pages of complaints from people about the same few issues in numerous threads. We’ve spoken, time to listen.

I’m extremely disappointed by this change. For many players, portrait is the only way we play, and I’m going to assume that for some vision impaired players (or folks with other accessibility/disability issues), this change means they can no longer play. Not only can I not play in landscape on my iPad (as I have for years), but the screen automatically turns, and locking the screen on my device does not stop this, so I can’t even fix it to portrait mode if my ipad is horizontal. I am a player who spends money on the app but will no longer play this game due to this change. The change was clearly not made to enhance the user experience, but to save time and effort on the part of the programmers. What a poor decision.

I play cc saga everyday, until today that is when you switched from landscape to portrait mode. Is this a permanent thing? If so I will no longer play. ☹️😞

I HATE PLAYING PORTRAIT!! Please stop the auto orientation to portrait only! I just cannot play portrait. Nothing is in the right place as I have always played landscape.

Am sick to death of King’s determination to force us to play in portrait mode. Listen King - masses of people play on tablets or PCs and do not want to play in portrait mode. Bring back the option to play in landscape please. Otherwise I will not be playing anymore.

Portrait mode…
- is annoying
- provides a less than satisfying experience
- irritates carpal tunnel symptoms
- is disappointing and underwhelming especially with the so called “improved and enhanced” map.
Please bring back the good, previous map as well as the option to play in landscape mode.

What are you playing at?ipad has only just returned to landscape mode and you have switched to portrait again. This is ridiculous. Have you ever tried holding an iPad in portrait mode when it is designed for landscape?? It is too navy to hold portrait mode And I do not use it on a phone. STOP trying to force us to use portrait mode. It does not work on iPad. I will be uninstalling Candy Crush unless this reverts as this is getting tedious.
