Impossible for level 3358, please fix it.
Hi Travis, thanks for the update. I just looked at my game and there are now 35 moves! Thank you King for helping the fans and listening to them!
Mine has updated and I now have more moves to beat this level. I've been on it so long though. I actually tried not to beat it today. I've never NOT wanted to beat a level before but now I feel attached to 3358. I feel I'm a victim of the Stockholm syndrome. I don't want to leave it behind.
I feel the same frustration with this level. 16 moves is impossible to grow the frog and get so many yellow candies. I love a challenge but this is so so hard. I hope the powers that be will make changes. It is not fair to those who are not given the same moves as the players who have gotten ahead of us.
Hi Wolj, thank you for writing us here regarding this level. I do hear you and I do empathize with you and now I am waiting to hear that King feels the same way and they make the change for everyone! You don't hear my anger when I post to the King Admins about why they constantly have to change the levels. Us Superstars are really getting upset about this so hopefully in the future they take us seriously and cut down on the changes.

Well, I somehow managed to get lucky enough to pass this level after probably a week of trying. I got super lucky with 2 candy bombs appearing side by side with about 7 moves left. I was able to clear the yellows by using 2 boosters (a hand and a hammer). I will note that not once was I ever able to get enough keys to unlock the special candies; there just simply aren't enough moves. I just ended up ignoring the keys and focused on getting the frog where it needed to be. No level should require this amount of luck to pass it.
Hi Elsa, I am also very frustrated with this round. I also appreciate that the work that everyone does and the effort that goes in to creating and maintaining Candy Crush. If some thought could be given to making this level achievable it would be great!! Thank you .
Hi waitingT, we hear you but will you get a different response if you worded your message differently? We know that you are frustrated and we know how annoying it can be but to throw out things like "incompetent developing" when you probably don't know much about programming is just not right! so annoying. far from possible and it's happening every few levels. either aggressive marketing or incompetent developing. I stopped buying completely when I realized this was going on.
I've actually enjoyed not spending any money on this game for the past 2 weeks! I (miraculously) came within 3 yellow candies of finishing it a few days ago. All I needed was 1 more move ,so all I had to do was buy some extra spins and I would have finished it. Thought about all the money I had spent on this game already and decided, "nah, I'll let them fix it before I spend any money on it." I've saved so much! Maybe they won't fix it !
Thanks Ingrid and Greg for sharing your thoughts here. As I wrote above this level has been escalated to the studio so we all have to wait and see if it gets changed. I am just as frustrated as all of you with these changes and I voiced my angry thoughts with the King Admins. Us Superstars are trying our best to get these issues sent to King but we have no control as to how long it might take so please be patient and thanks again for writing here.
Impossible with 16 moves , they used to give you 25 moves to start ! Don’t know why they dropped it to 16
Hey guys, this issue has been escalated to the studio and hopefully they will make a change soon.
This is happening on SO many levels lately. I'm getting really bored of this, games can only be won with all boosters and loads of luck, and often only when I win extra moves.
I have bought boosters on occasion - but not when they intentionally make levels impossible.
I think they’re trying to slow down the regular players who’ve hit the highest levels. And they’re trying to force the purchase of boosters. This level has used up all my boosters. So I’m done playing. I quit giving money toKing when they started pulling this crap.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
