Hi I am not getting any boosters
Hi @Dukey123 the 'tree climb' is no longer in the game at the moment, so that is why you haven't got that.
The five extra moves at the end isn't available to everyone, so that is why you haven't got them, I haven't got them as well.
By the 'tick beside them' I think you mean the pre-game boosters. Colour Bomb, Striped Wrapped, Candy Fish, Lucky Candy are the pre-game boosters. You do know you aren't supposed to leave them them ticked don't you? You are meant to select these boosters (tick) when you want to use them. If you leave them ticked they will be used on every level you play and you will run out very quickly.
The Lollipop Hammer and Free Switch only appear when you have won some or bought some.
You should definitely be getting a Free Spin as I thing everyone gets this feature. Please contact Player Support to see if they can help you find out why your Daily Spin isn't working.
Which boosters aren't you getting @Dukey123? Obviously if you are stuck you will struggle to win booster that require you to complete levels, but you should be getting your Treat Machine and/or Daily Spin boosters.
At the end of the level it says +5 but I never get any. And the hammer and switch ones etc don’t appear now
I am not getting my spins everyday and my offers where u can climb a tree or win things don’t come up. I used to get these. When u look on line people seem to have loads of these how do they get them and also I never get 5 extra goes when the score comes upst the end.
The ones where it shows u with a tick beside them and the free ones and not extra when it says + 5

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
