Did you have any luck getting your gold bars back. As I have the same issue . I can’t remember the exact amount but it was over 200. Without I can’t move on so will stopped playing

They gotta reply to you via e-mail first, although nothing's stopping you from sending them an e-mail first (Candy Crush Saga Customer Care • replyto.candycrush@king.com). I just don't know whether they'll reply to it if there's no ticket number in the subject line. This said, they haven't replied to me in over 5 days. I even opened another ticket (i.e. used the contact form in-game) but they didn't even bother sending me an "automatically matched guide" this time - just this:

I didn't think their Customer Service was that bad until I needed assistance myself.

Hey, I did it through the message portal so it didn’t allow me to include attachments, but I do have screenshots of my gold bars from when I sent it to friends so I can definitely provide them with those. Do you know if there’s a way to contact an actual person for support, or if they only have automated response emails?

It's not possible to link two game accounts to the same Facebook account, as when you open the game on the browser through Facebook's website it can't let you choose which account to play. When this does happen as a result of a glitch, one account takes over the other. Strangely, the higher level progress prevails.

Support can do anything. Literally. It's their own game - they both develop and publish it. So they must have full control over players' accounts. When 1 game account has 2 e-mail addresses attached to it, something is obviously and definitely wrong there. And it gotta be looked into and resolved one way or the other. Unfortunately, if you don't know your initial game ID, I don't know if they can confirm your side of the story. Did you at least provide screenshots? It's very disappointing when Support tell you they can't help you, send you here instead only to be told to write to Support.

thanks for responding to my post. Both of my accounts were linked to my Facebook account, and when I upgraded phone, my levels and boosters were kept, but friends, profile pic, and gold bars were all deleted. I believe I did somehow merge two existing accounts, similar to what you mentioned and it took the lesser gold bar amount (44 instead of 7500).

I also get what you mean about Support since I’ve written them 4 times and each time is the same auto generated response saying there’s nothing they can do. My current level is 7941. I also didn’t really realize I marked her answer as “answer” since I’m new to this platform.

How do you know you have your levels? Do you have a King account? What about a Facebook account that's linked to your game?

Do you remember creating a new account?

Someone recently had a similar, if not the same issue - they created a new King account (they had only a Facebook created game account) which didn't get linked to their existing game account at first. Soon after it got merged with their existing account instead which lead to them losing their gold bars. It was just 500-ish gold bars and Support actually helped them.

I experienced account merging myself as well last week. 2 King accounts got merged into 1. One of them was also linked to a Facebook account. I basically lost one of my accounts - all of its gold bars disappeared and got replaced by the gold bars of the other account. Only levels (and friends) were retained. Game ID got replaced, profile picture, name and even milestone banner got overwritten. Support were of NO HELP WHATSOEVER. They just fed me a canned reply and told me to post here which is utter nonsense.

As you can see, Kiara just told you to write to Support, although you said you'd already done that. Asking for help here about account issues is pointless. May I ask why you marked her reply as "the answer" to your problem?
