Levels with glass-covered candies suggest impossible moves and do not re-shuffle when needed

In levels with the glass covering over candies it is not possible to move the candies that are under the glass. The in-game helper suggests making moves that require these unmovable candies to be moved. In some levels there are no possible moves left but because the in-game helper suggests the impossible move the candies do not get reshuffled..The result is that I have to quit the level.

This is a particularly bad problem on level 3563.

I think this is a bug. The game should not suggest moves that are impossible

I'm sure it's been discussed many a time, just like most casual topics. I have been around for exactly 9 months today, so my personal experience answering questions dates back only so long. The idea was actually to hint OP that they could've used the search engine first, especially because they are new to the forum. 👌

Hey @Doondie after you have been here awhile you will notice that the same questions come up time and time again. So whilst you might have answered this question 3 months ago 7nyd0n5 wasn't a member back then and wouldn't have seen your answer.

The thing to remember 7ynd0n5 is that you can only move a candy into the glass coat and not out when making a swap.

It is possible to make a wrapped candy from reds. If you try to move the red candy down, it won't work. But if you try to move green candy up instead, it WILL work. You always should tap/click on a candy that is not covered by ice to execute the move.

In this screen other moves are possible, but the point is that the game suggests impossible moves on levels with the glass covering and that can lead to players getting stuck.

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
