I have been aiming for jackpot (blue with gold stars) but have never got it. Does anybody know what it is so I can know whether it is worth it or not? I don’t mind about the surprise being spoilt! Thx!

It consists of all boosters you could obtain from it. Nothing special, really.
Just for your information, it doesn't matter when you stop the wheel. The reward is decided the moment you press the button, not at the end of the spin. The wheel is just a visual animation.
It could take a week, a month or a year before your next jackpot. Don't worry about it - just spin the wheel daily and don't give it much thought.

I have tried to buy hard level offer, extra gold bars and it takes all my card details and then says you are having issues and no payment was taken.
