Why does my friend get an option to watch a 30 second video to gain extra moves or extra goodies to complete a level and I don’t have this option?
Thanks for the info Pavlin. I have advised people in the past to take a break from the game in order to see if that forces adverts to reappear. No one has ever told me it has worked.
I always say they will never return as by and large for the majority of cases that will be right.
I don't mind being wrong for the minority that might get their adverts back.

Video ads and related features (Sweet Cinema etc) are still in "test phase". That's why they are not available to every single account. This explains why your friend has them, and you don't.
Howeverrr, there's a loooooooong known "bug" where video ads get disabled for your account as soon as you make a purchase with real money (including reward points). So if you're at a relatively low level, it's probably better if you start over, as there's no telling when ads will get (re)activated, if ever.
Actually, they could return. So far I've seen reports (word of mouth) for the following:
Unfortunately @tilliecannadine that is just the way things are. King do not deliver every available game feature to every player at the same time.
Also if you have ever used real money to buy something for your game you will never get the advert features.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
