I have lost my progress - what happened and how do I fix it?
Make sure you are signed into your game. Accidentally being signed out of your game by clearing your browser history will put you at level one when you open your game.

Under what circumstances did the problem occur? Did you change devices? Did you just update the game to version 1.251.1.1 today? If you did the latter, then there could be an issue with it again.
Anyway, could you provide some context to your question? If you believe you did nothing to get this result, feel free to also report to Support.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not…
