Hi ksaloha, I truly empathize with your patience and how long it is taking, however, if this is the infinity free hours of lives it is not a top priority so I have no date as to when it will be fixed. Are you having this issue with the infinity free hours of boosters because that would be a separate issue?
5 months later still not able to use time rewards. Just received a 2 hour reward and after playing the usual 5 games (consecutively) (maybe 15 minutes in all) my time reward has vanished. I have upgraded, logged in with Facebook & nothing works. Please address this issue!

Hi ksaloha, King is aware of these infinity issues and they are trying to find a resolution so please be patient as they try to fix this.
This does not solve my problem. Whenever I earn a bonus such as 1 hour of play it never activates. I tried reloading the game but it didn’t help. This applies to all bonuses.

A glitch of this has been reported where the players are saying that they got it but after playing the game 5 times it was over. The studio is trying to resolve that issue now.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
