Second, they fixed the milestone banners syster in January. In order to get your banner updated, you gotta replay the last milestone level.

Same as above - just repeat level 13,000.
If necessary, go to in-app settings -> features and reactivate "milestone badge", then do level 13k again.

You can try playing to complete on your latest (nearest) milestone level : 13000 again first then you will receive the latest milestone level banner.
