I cannot accept cookies on the application from the W10 app store! ⛔ Known Issue

Hi. can someone help me on the application downloaded from the app store, I can connect with facebook and I have to accept cockes but I don't have the square where to accept and I can't connect, what the hell do I do?You also have the image where you can see that I don't have the option to accept cockes

Looking at the screenshot, are you not able to scroll down the popup that you get and see if there is a button at the bottom?
If not, we recommend deleting the game app and try installing it again and see if it works!

I wanted to give you some updates we have learned regarding this issue you are facing. There seems to be some changes made from Facebook side that is causing this and seems to only be affecting the Windows app.
Our Team is collaborating with Facebook trying to get this solved as soon as possible. We do not know when this will get fixed so please keep an eye on the game app and make sure you don't miss out on any updates.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope you can still play the game on a different device until this gets sorted!

One more question which your answer could be helpful, before having this issue, was your game already connected to your Facebook account? Or is this your first time connecting the game to Facebook?

When i try to retrieve progress via facebook on the candy crush app (windows 11 Surface Pro 9) it tells me to accept cookies by facebook for this app however the accept button at the bottom isnt showing up.
Tried installing different browsers onto computer and setting as default but doesnt change anything as its the embedded browser inside the game that opens the facebook login page!
can scroll down a little bit no accept button it simply doesnt appear.
Tried rotating screen etc nothing works!

Yes it does seem like a Facebook issue @Chimejczuk. Let's hope they can sort it out quickly.
