I haven't received my share of the gold bars? They said may 6th and now the event is gone and no gold bars? Anyone else having problems?

I managed to collect all the green candies that was needed to receive the share of gold bars +40! I’ve logged out of my game and logged back in and closed the app etc, but I still haven’t received any gold bars? Can anyone help :(

I also completed the task and while doing it I did not pay attention to the other activities where I can get power ups to get help on the games. Now I didnt get the gold bars and I dont have enough power ups to play the game.. its kind of frustrating

Are you referring to your shares of the Pot of Gold event or something else? If it is the Pot of Gold, we can confirm that there was an issue were some players did not get their rewards and we're truly sorry about that.
The work is being done now so that you and everyone else who played and did not get their share will get it by the end of today 😉
