This issue is still persisting and i cannot connect on my windows 11 and my old windows 10 pc as I am stuck with the message i cannot remove the cookie issue message. Hope that it will get fixed soon.

How to resize text in Windows 10
This is how you can change the size of text, images and apps in Windows 10.
To adjust the display in Windows 10, select Start > Settings > Accessibility > 
Display. If you just want to make the text on the screen smaller, 
adjust the slider under Make text bigger.
Set this to the smallest and then you will see that Candy Crush displays 
a message at the bottom to accept cookies.
