I didn't get my unlimited lives at 1800 orange tickets. Is this getting worked on, and will I get my 2 hours free lives once it is fixed?

I can confirm that we are working on sending out your missing rewards so which we will start with today and continue to send out until tomorrow.
Please make sure your game is up to date, connected and has access to a strong internet connection. You should receive a pop up once you open the game letting you know when the compensation has been added to your game.

I was supposed to get my 2hrs yesterday, and still today have not received it. I’ve updated the app, shut down my phone, restarted it and yet still today did not receive the 2hrs unlimited. What’s going on?
I also completed step 2 of music tour collection and still have not received my 2 hrs of unlimited lives

@kiara_wael the question was is the issue of non-delivery of a reward to everyone being worked on by King. Why are you asking people to report a problem that has already been complained about numerous times in this community already.
@QueenB can you please answer the simple question of whether or not this widespread issue of a reward not being delivered is being investigated by King?
@JoAR Based on Kiara's response I guess King don't see the non-delivery of a feature's reward as an issue, so that is why she has directed you to Player Support. If you want the reward you played for it looks like you will probably have to ask for it. I highly doubt that it will be delivered to you otherwise.
