Please help me figure out why I didn't get my rewards. The game said I passed 8 levels but when I missed the next one I got no rewards.

I don't get rewards either and it makes it hard to get through games without help. I have wrote them several times and they refer me to their questions and answers.
Did you fail the 9th level?
Are you enquiring about Sam's Streak or Candy Royale, actually? Got a screenshot?

Sorry @petit3xxx from your original post I thought you were having trouble with Candy Royale and not the Win Streak.
What level are you on? The only thing I know that can make your Candy Necklace disappear are the levels that do not allow you to use boosters.
If the pre-game booster (Colour Bomb, Striped/Wrapped, Fish) holders are empty at the start of a level then your Win Streak temporarily disappears.

Sorry I posted it here because I was playing candy crush. Was just trying to find out about the win streak rewards that I didn't get. Wasn't trying to do any wrong.
Ok sorry I thought you only needed 5 wins in a row for the win streak.

I think you didn't get your rewards because you needed to complete 9 levels to get the gold @petit3xxx

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
