Champions Race not working

I desperately need help. I have searched EVERYTHING and cannot figure out how to fix my Champions Race. Even though I have been winning the weekly challenges it still shows me as losing - even when I click "join race" - I get this.
App updated - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. Still getting the same.
How can I fix it?

I am getting this issue long back. Through mail contacted multiple times but no response. One more thing I have noticed like race is happening with the same people.
App updated - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. Still getting the same.
How can I fix it?

You haven't found anything because there is nothing out there to help you resolve this issue. Even Support refuse to help. It's an old bug, so rest assured no feedback will be forwarded anywhere. See here for reference:
Always dead last in episode race
Hope they finally come up with a solution, as you're not the only one in this situation.

The Weekly Contest and Episode Race aren't connected Satya. You have seven days to compete in the Weekly Contest, but generally speaking if you take longer than two days to complete the 15 levels of an Episode Race you will lose that Race.
On the other hand if you are saying that your Episode Race has ALWAYS been finished by the other four players then that is a different story.
If AS SOON as you start a new Episode Race you are shown in last position with everyone else finished then this is a result of a long standing issue that King have yet to acknowledge as a problem.
