Hi. I switched to a new kindle and now I'm not getting any lives. I've sent multiple emails but I'm only getting automated replies linking me to help topics that aren't helping me. The envelope top left is empty and I can't click it. If I click my avatar top middle I can see my friends and send/request lives and it green ticks when complete but my envelope remains open and empty. I don't have a lives tab 200 lives counter or anything. I'm getting really frustrated with it as stuck on frequent hard levels. As it is I had to lose some of my boosters and waste them when changing devices. If it's not sorted am going to give up. I've tried reinstalling and made no difference.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your inventory lives and boosters! ⚠️
1. The inventory lives and boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The inventory lives and boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Lives and Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
They do not replace items and help you to return your inventory lives and boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

Great now I've lost all my won boosters on the new kindle. Fed up ! I'm not talking about transferring lives from my old kindle. I am saying that since playing on my new kindle I'm not receiving lives. My mailbox is empty. I have no lives tab, no 200 counter, nothing. I can send lives but I'm not receiving anything. The envelope too left of my screen is empty/open.
