CANDY CRUSH SAGA REWARD
I won first place in the Space Race to Jelly Island yesterday .
I clicked on the Claim Reward button and was supposed to receive various boosters plus free hours of colour bomb and striped/wrapped.These have vanished and I am very disappointed, as I worked hard to get to the top spot in this contest. Please could you look into this to figure out what happened? My email is trish.d1968@hotmail.com & I play on my mobile.Many thanks

The same thing happened to me today. Won first place, it showed me the prizes, said I won them and they weren’t there.

I won first place today and have not received mine either but nothing is showing up just that I have the number one position in a loading screen0

Yes I won 1st place and didn’t receive my rewards. I worked really hard to get to the top. Since the previous Sunday I was blown away with how much I got. It says it resets every Sunday. I was way ahead. Got up to see it had reset and no rewards

Hi @Kathleen_Younes, @asialynnconnor and @Imhdancer78, are you referring to the weekly race? If so, there are no rewards for this. It's just showing you how many levels you completed within the week in comparison to other players. Perhaps in the future the studio might try it with rewards but for now there aren't any.
