4. Reopen this game then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).

I did the force stop, came back to play 5 games. Not one Gummi dragon dropped, nor did any skulls break. In 8041 levels, this has never happened. No fun, must be time to move on. Thanks for your help.
