I'm on Candy Crush Saga 5816 and a few days ago a new sound was added. Every time I make a move a series of bells ring. EVERY SINGLE MOVE! It make me want to scream it's so annoying. I have to turn to sounds off and then, not only is the game not as enjoyable, but it's harder to play because the sounds help you know when you make special candies. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE change this stupid sound!

Could you please let us know which device you are playing, the game app version you have installed and if we could also get your game ID? the team would love to have a look at this feedback you have shared and this will help 😀
How to find your Game ID: Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:
You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...
...and select the 'My Profile' button here.
On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...
...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
You should now have all the information needed to find your Game User ID.

@trishah You must be talkng about one of the broken sound effects. Ever since version 1.240 they broke when the sound effects play, because they were going to change the sounds effects along with the music. They decided to revert the sound effects to the old but keep the new music, BUT they didn’t revert the change when WHAT sound effects should play. Now the sound effects are all messed up and they don’t really seem to care about fixing it im afraid :/
It is version 1.253 currently with 6 months have passed and still have not fixed a crucial mechanic about the game.
I’m fine with the new music (sorta) but at least fix the sound effects please

Thank you for all your responses. I play on Facebook and I have none of the "My Profile" items you are suggesting I go to. When I click on my picture a "Profile" pops up but it only shows my name and what level I am on and the only thing it would allow me to do is change my name. How do I find my Game User ID on Facebook?

Hi QueenB, I have done as you suggested and I see no "Find My ID" link. I scrolled all the way down the game board to the first game and there is nothing down there. When I open up the current game I am playing, there is no ad at the bottom. Can you send me a screen shot of what it should look like? Thank you for your help!

I can’t send a screeshot but follow the steps in queenb’s post.
I think you are clicking your profile picture, which brings up a different profile.
You need to click on the gear button while on the map and then click on “my profile” on that menu.
You can also just press the “my profile” button on the main menu of candy crush before clicking play.
Then double tap the king logo on the screen that shows up to show your game ID.
