Same for me, it just wastes your time,I had opt out on my ipad that has vanished, stop making us play games we dont want to play what’s the point. I had ads on both my ipad & iPhone they only play now & again getting fed up again I was starting to enjoy my games on both my devices but it has just gone back to being hard & boring again, I have no boosters & a few gold bars which they are trying to make me use up so been stuck on really hard skull which I have been stuck on for years straight in to another I don’t pay for my games so will have to just plod on thank you candy crush

There is no x and there isn’t any “not now” button, candy royale is the most irritating sub game ever!

Why have you removed this from the support page?

had to search for it to find out what is happening and I am still non the wiser?

Put the opt out back in.

People have been feeding back about this since April and you have done nothing, please do something about this, it can’t be that hard to add a feature back in that was there previously. Messages saying feedback has been passed on are useless if nobody listens to that feedback, it’s just an attempt to stop people complaining - actions speak louder than words, please sort this out

Thanks @Alienscar I now press the esc button on my PC, it gets rid of it but the only problem is it pops up after nearly every game and I have to keep pressing the esc button, but that is better than playing the game.

Yes @T0rr1e I should have mentioned that unlike the X button, pressing esc or the back button doesn't start the timer of Candy Royale and every time you start a level the pop-up reappears.

As you say pressing the esc button is still better than letting the Royale's animations slow your game down.

I am glad that it worked for you, some people have said that the esc button doesn't always work.
