Why am I no longer receiving the option to watch ads between Candy Crush games?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Why I'm not able to watch ads as usually there was a option if someone not pass the level you give ads for extra life and gadgets

There are two options for why you have lost your adverts @9588
One reason is that you have recently purchased something for your game. Once you purchase anything for your game all means of earning free boosters/moves are removed from your game.
The other reason is that no feature of the game should be considered a permanent fixture of your game. King can, and will, remove/add features whenever they want. Having a feature is no guarantee that you will keep it, no matter how long you have had a particular feature.

When I can't complete the level, the end game ad does not appear. I want ads to come, how can I fix it?
