My game got crashed and closed because of that i have lost my streak. Can you let me know how to get it back?

Thank you for the feedback .unfortunately if you lose a level then we have to start from the beginning again or If you lose a level, while you're on a streak, you can choose to continue to play the level (and thus keep your streak) or to leave the level and lose your streak and associated rewards from the candy necklace.

I am very sorry to hear that your game has crashed which caused to lose the streak!!
I am assuming it is the "Win Streak" you are talking about in Candy Crush Saga!! If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve it!! All we can do is start from the beginning😕😢

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
