Why can't I use my bars for anything

Hello Lodoh you can not access the store because you are using a Huawei phone manufactured after 2019. Any huawei phone manufactured after 2019 can not have the Google Store installed due to the US Trade ban.
I have even deleted and reinstall but still not allowing me to do anything

It just says contacting stores, and will think until I come out. Internet is stable. Both wifi and data it does the same thing. Haven't been able to use them for a while now ever since I first contacted you guys. I have lot of God bars and they were helping me when stuck but now they just there for show off. Not sure if this explains enough

What is happening when you try to use your Gold Bars? Do you see any pop-up message that says "Error", etc.,? If so, can you provide a screenshot of that pop-up message?
If it is not an error message, please give more details about the issue you are experiencing.
How is your internet connection? Is it strong and stable?
Are you experiencing the issue every time you try to use your Gold Bars?

hello, i can't retrieve my progress when i try to logged in to my samsung tablet. I have logged out/ logged back in and reintsalled the app as well.
As the title says. I've been here for over a week. Missed out on the winter cup because of it. Used up all my boosters and everything trying to pass it. I ran out of levels again. Why canāt I earn progress in the weekly contest or the Season Pass10 game that you buy in to get gold status? I only bought in to get to level 10 boosters. I made 9 and halfway to 10 when I ran out of levels and the game ended. This seems unfair since it wasnāt my fault
